Anelli with chianina sauce with mushrooms and rocket
The chianina sauce needs long cooking time but it’s very flavourful!

of Anello

1 jar
of dried mushrooms

1 jar
of chianina sauce

1 handful
of rocket

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons
of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
Boil some salted water in a big pot with a drizzle of oil. Put the dried mushrooms in some tepid water for 5 minutes. Throw away the water and chop them. Empty the jar of chianina beef sauce into a small pot. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and the dried mushrooms and let simmer in the sauce for 5 minutes. Add a little rocket and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Strain the pasta and toss it in some of the meat sauce. Arrange some more rocket on the plate then turn out the pasta and the rest of the meat sauce on top.
